Exercise of the Month....Jumprope
With today's technological advancements, and the release of new fitness tools, we often neglect the things that are tried and true in search for something that's "better". Jumprope is one of those things. When it comes to cost/versatility/mobility/space requirements, its very hard to beat a simple rope.
There are many variation that can be added to a jumprope routine: weight vest, double under, high knees... to list a few. Combining jumprope with other strength movements can help you create some great circuits (ex. 30 sec each...push-ups, plyo-lunges, planks, jumprope double under's).
