Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $10.00
Any order over $50.00 qualifies for free shipping with a code OVER50.
Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification and additional 7-10 days for delivery.
All items will be shipped via USPS express.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged shipments. All shipments are insured and buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.
Local Pickup
Local Pickup is free of charge. If Local Pickup is selected, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We will send you a confirmation email and the date that your item will be available for pickup. Pickups can be made at the YMCA Downtown Syracuse during hours of 6:30PM - 8:30PM Monday - Friday and 9:30am - 11:30am Saturday.
Returns
We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all products. We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Contact contact@fightforhearts.org for return instructions.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When returning items, until the goods reach us, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
