Shipping + Returns


  • At this time, we are only accepting orders from residents that live in the U.S.A 
  • Shipping cost is a flat rate of $5.00 for all orders.  Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $10.00 
  • Any order over $50.00 qualifies for free shipping with a code OVER50.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification and additional 7-10 days for delivery.
  • All items will be shipped via USPS express.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged shipments.  All shipments are insured and buyer assumes all responsibility of claims made with the shipping carrier.

Local Pickup

  • Local Pickup is free of charge. If Local Pickup is selected, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification.  We will send you a confirmation email and the date that your item will be available for pickup.  Pickups can be made at the YMCA Downtown Syracuse during hours of 6:30PM - 8:30PM Monday - Friday and 9:30am - 11:30am Saturday.


  • We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all products. We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase. Contact for return instructions.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 
  • When returning items, until the goods reach us, they are your responsibility. Please ensure you package goods well, to prevent any damage. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
  • Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
