Exercise of the Month....Planks!

Planks are a great anterior core exercises, that don't require any equipment, and have many variations.  We program planks in our workouts in some way, from active planks (using the agility ladder), to around the world plank, or plank pushup.  These are great exercise for a wide range of participants, from beginners to advance athletes. Add these to your next workout!
