Youth Fitness

60 minute youth fitness class (ages 7-14) which focuses on staying active.  We will stretch, warm up and complete our workouts by completing fun games and challenges.  All literature will be provided by American Heart Association and is age appropariate.  We focus on our core values; Healthy living, Work Ethic, Commitment,  Respect, Responsibility.
