We are partnering with Syracuse Parks and Rec to offer a strength & conditioning workout for students and athletes (ages 15-18)!  We will perform group warmups and group workouts focusing on cardio, strength and anaerobic conditioning. We will incorporate med balls, battle ropes, sleds, agility hurdles, and suspension training.
