We are continuing our bootcamp class (indoor during the winter)! Location is McChesney Park, Syracuse NY. If it rains, we will move to the indoor turf area (old ice rink)
Workout focuses on static/dynamic warm-ups, followed by a variety of functional exercises done using bodyweight: battle ropes, sleds, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Workout is designed to improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, weight loss, as well as improve overall strength. This is also know as GPP (General Physical Preparedness) workout which can benefit performance in any sport or activity.
