Bootcamp Workout

We are doing a 4-week outdoor Bootcamp, each Saturday starting on 10/7 and ending on 10/28).  Location is Burnet Park, Syracuse NY.  If it rains, we will move to the indoor turf area (old ice rink) 


Outdoor Bootcamp focuses on static/dynamic warm-ups,  followed by a variety of functional exercises done using bodyweight; battle ropes, sleds, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Workout is designed to improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, weight loss, as well as improve overall strength.
