Outdoor Strength & Conditioning Bootcamp

Outdoor Bootcamp focuses on static/dynamic warm-ups,  followed by a variety of functional exercises done using bodyweight, battle ropes, sleds, resistance bands, and medicine balls. Workout is designed to improve aerobic and anaerobic conditioning, weight loss, as well as improve overall strength.
